Welcome to Black Market Barbecue, Atlanta's premiere BBQ food trailer. We are a family owned and operated full service caterer and food trailer. Our specialty is hand crafted ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken, and traditional side items. Our barbecue is slow smoked using green hickory and coal, sourced from local providers. Having competed in several local bbq competitions, we felt it was time to provide our neighbors with high quality, competition level barbecue the family can enjoy. We also bottle our own sauces and offer subscription based services as well. Come support your local business!
