EggRoll Boyz was founded in 2019 by a diverse team of local chefs, food enthusiasts, and explorers, including CEO and Co-Founder Alex Suwann. With a passion for the culinary industry, Suwann and his partners recognized the growing demand for Asian-Fusion cuisine and sought to introduce innovative, gourmet egg rolls to a broader audience. Their menu features over 20 unique egg rolls inspired by global flavors, ranging from familiar tastes to exotic combinations. Under Suwann's leadership, EggRoll Boyz has expanded from operating food trucks across Georgia to establishing brick-and-mortar locations, including one in Marietta Square Market. The brand is also exploring franchising opportunities to further its reach.
DESCRIPTION
The EggRoll Boyz leadership team is made up of local multicultural group of chefs, foodies and explorers. The EggRoll Boyz leadership team have owned restaurants and served in the most iconic music festivals across the US. Fast forward to 2019, a couple of guys, a few six packs, good vibez, bumping Outkast in the background. EGGROLL BOYZ, LLC was born.
The EggRoll Boyz concept of GIANT GOURMET Eggrollz needed some R&D. With a combination of the booming market of Food Trucks, EggRoll Boyz just rolled with it "literally".
Something new, something different, something deemed a "New Food Trend" within the first few weeks. Our EggRollz Boyz eggrolls are inspired by our travels all across the globe. They're bursting with flavor, some familiar, some exotic. In winter 2021, EggRoll Boyz opened our first brick and mortar restaurant concept with over 20 different Giant Gourmet Eggrollz. EggRoll Boyz also has two food trucks that run throughout Georgia with a limited menu.
