Heopened the first Pita Fusion location in Round Rock, Texas, in 2008, aiming to redefine the perception of pita bread by creating a new American sandwich experience. Their family has a long history in the food industry, with their great-grandfather, Jasper Calandro, establishing a produce company that emphasized exceptional customer service and high-quality, unique items. Nick and Tim continue this tradition at Pita Fusion by offering unique homemade sauces, locally produced breads, fresh-cut vegetables, and top-quality meats grilled to order, all within a fun and friendly atmosphere.
