While working night shifts, I began brewing my own coffee with a Moka Pot, inspired by my mother and the rich coffees she made during my college years. Through trial and error, I discovered a love for mid-to-dark roasts, grinding whole beans just before brewing. However, finding truly fresh coffee was a challenge—until I tried freshly roasted beans for the first time. The bold flavors, captivating aroma, and vibrant notes were unforgettable.
