Meet Joe, an East Coast native from the Bronx who grew up visiting local markets with his grandpa. His passion for cooking led him to own two restaurants in the US Virgin Islands, earning two awards and a spot in Best Chefs America. Ready for a new adventure, he traveled across the U.S. before settling in Denver. Missing East Coast seafood, he launched a lobster roll food truck with a unique, character-filled vehicle. In 2018, to take on larger events nationwide, he upgraded to the beauty of what you see today!
DESCRIPTION
East Coast Joe's is a Phoenix-based food truck specializing in fresh Maine lobster rolls and other East Coast delicacies. Founded by Joseph Gerace, a Bronx native, the truck brings authentic coastal flavors to the Valley. Their menu features items such as Maine and Connecticut-style lobster rolls, crab grilled cheese, and Italian beef sandwiches.
