Together, they built Mamma Mia Pizza, combining Alessandro’s culinary expertise with Angela’s local connections and customer-focused approach. Their mobile wood-fired oven allows them to serve fresh, made-to-order pizzas at food truck events, festivals, private parties, and corporate gatherings.
