People come for rib dinners and our tenders tossed in Buffalo or lemon pepper. I keep things simple on the line, plate up boxed lunches for crews, and run on-site service for events when you need food set up and ready. We offer vegetarian and vegan options, gluten-free and dairy-free choices, and Halal items on request. Folks tell me the portions are hearty and the service moves, so teams and groups get fed without fuss. I’m a minority-owned, family run operation. If you need plated meals or boxed lunches for a luncheon, I do those for events near and far.
