Boardwalk Bites was amazing!!! They showed up early and were able to make all of the food despite our crazy schedule!!!!

We’re a family of food enthusiasts with varied palates. We chose to showcase state fair treats as they are reminiscent of our childhood memories. Our combined passion for food and how it brings people together prompted us to start our first venture into the world of food! We started with a simple tent set up serving fresh, hand-popped kettle corn. After wild success, we expanded our menu and purchased our first food truck, Zaza, to take our treats on the road! We have worked at large fairs and festivals and have frequently attended school events, churches, weddings, corporate lunches, graduation parties, and birthday parties. After 5 years of being on the road, we decided to expand once again. We purchased a second food truck, Ziggy, that continues to travel to events for our Carnival Food Catering, while Zaza is stationary to provide our community with year-round walk-up service!
