eter Tong, co-founder and head chef of Dump-N-Roll, has been a pivotal force in bringing innovative dumpling and spring roll creations to Philadelphia's vibrant food scene. With over a decade of culinary experience, including notable stints at esteemed establishments like Susanna Foo and Morimoto, Tong has honed his skills in crafting diverse and flavorful dishes. In 2013, inspired by a concept from his cousin, he embarked on the journey to launch Dump-N-Roll, aiming to offer portable, affordable, and convenient gourmet street food. Under his leadership, the food truck has become a local favorite, known for its inventive menu and presence at various city events and festivals.
