With over a decade of culinary experience, including notable stints at esteemed establishments like Susanna Foo and Morimoto, Tong has honed his skills in crafting diverse and flavorful dishes. In 2013, inspired by a concept from his cousin, he embarked on the journey to launch Dump-N-Roll, aiming to offer portable, affordable, and convenient gourmet street food.
