Meet The Owner, David Fine

David Fine, a University of Pennsylvania graduate. In August 2013, he launched the food truck with a mission to combine quality bagels with social impact. Prior to this venture, Fine worked in the nonprofit sector, which inspired him to create a business model that donates a portion of proceeds to local charities. Under his leadership, Schmear It has expanded from a single food truck to include a brick-and-mortar location at 3601 Market Street in Philadelphia.
