Brandon Peña

he business is led by Brandon Peña, who, along with his family, revived their mother's original food truck venture from 15 years ago. Brandon learned to cook from his mother and worked as a cook for seven years in a restaurant. He fondly recalls working on food trucks alongside his mother as a teenager, which inspired him to start Tres Jardines.

Tres Jardines is a family-owned food truck bringing authentic Mexican street food to the streets of Atlanta. Inspired by their mother's passion for cooking and her original food truck venture 15 years ago, the Peña family has revived this tradition to share the rich flavors of Acapulco with the community Their menu features a variety of Mexican favorites, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and tortas, with fillings such as chicken, steak, barbacoa, al pastor, and veggies Popular sides include Mexican street corn, beans and rice, and seasoned French fries.
