Corporate Food Truck Catering
Fully Managed Programs and One-Off Events
Food Truck Club books vetted food trucks for company events, recurring office lunches, and multi-location programs in 10 metro markets. A coordinator runs every date, the dashboard keeps every site and schedule in one place, and your finance team gets the W-9, COI, and single invoice they will ask for.

Programs
Four ways companies use us
Same vendor, same coordinator, same paperwork whether it is one Friday or every Friday.
Food trucks for corporate events
Employee appreciation days, product launches, holiday parties, all-hands, open houses. Tell us the date, headcount, and budget; your coordinator curates the trucks and runs the day.
25 to 500+ guests
Food trucks for company lunches
A weekly, biweekly, or monthly rotation of trucks at your office, business park, or campus. Set the schedule once; our team fills each date with a different truck and you skip the weeks you do not need.
Company-paid or employee-paid
Multi-site and national programs
One account, one vendor record, and one coordinator relationship across every office we serve. Roll the same appreciation week out to three cities without three procurement cycles.
10 metro markets
Large-headcount service windows
A truck serves roughly 50 to 75 guests an hour at a compressed lunch. We size the lineup to your window and headcount so 500 people are fed inside the break, not after it.

Answers for the people who approve the spend
The questions we get from finance, procurement, and workplace teams, answered plainly.
What your finance team gets
- W-9
- One form, on request
- COI
- Certificate of insurance, on request
- Invoice
- One per event, any number of trucks
- Payment
- Card, ACH bank transfer, or invoice
We are the vendor of record. The trucks are paid by us, not by you.
Who is the vendor when we book multiple food trucks?
Food Truck Club is the single vendor of record for every event booked through the platform. You set up one vendor, receive one W-9 and one certificate of insurance on request, and get one invoice per event regardless of how many trucks serve. We pay the trucks.
Can you provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Both are available on request from your coordinator before the first event. Every truck on the platform is also vetted for business licensing, health permits, and liability insurance before it can accept a booking.
How do we pay?
Pay by card, ACH bank transfer, or invoice. Every event is invoiced once, to the company, by Food Truck Club, so accounts payable deals with a single vendor no matter how many trucks served.
How is a recurring program invoiced?
Each occurrence is its own event and its own invoice, all under the same vendor record. For employee-paid programs the company guarantees a minimum per date and employees pay the truck directly; you are only invoiced if sales fall short of the guarantee.
Are you set up in enterprise procurement systems?
We are an approved Amazon vendor and work through Coupa and Payee Central for Amazon sites. For other companies we work through your standard vendor onboarding; your coordinator handles the paperwork.
What happens if a truck cancels?
Your coordinator replaces it. Every booking is covered by our satisfaction guarantee, and day-of support is a phone call away from setup to cleanup.
The dashboard
Every date, every site, one place
The same account that books a single event runs a recurring program across several offices.
- 1
Recurring schedules
Create a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule with the days and time window you want. Each date becomes its own event that our team fills with a truck; skip a holiday week with one click.
- 2
Team access
Invite office managers and workplace-experience staff to a shared account. Everyone sees the same events, properties, and invoices.
- 3
Multiple properties
Add every office, campus, or business park as its own property with its own parking notes and schedule, all under one company account.
- 4
Employee-paid or company-paid
Run a lunch program where the company guarantees a minimum and employees pay at the truck, or pay the whole thing on one invoice.

FAQ
Corporate catering questions
Planning, pricing, and logistics
How much does corporate food truck catering cost?
Most corporate lunches on the platform land between $14 and $22 per person before tax, with a median around $18. Per-truck minimums typically run $500 to $1,500 depending on the truck and the day of the week. A 100-person company lunch is usually around $2,000 before tax.
How many trucks do we need?
One truck serves roughly 50 to 75 guests an hour when everyone arrives at once. For a 45-minute lunch break, plan one truck per 50 to 60 people; for a two-hour window where people drift in, one truck per 100 to 150. Your coordinator sizes the lineup from your headcount and service window.
How far in advance should a company book?
A couple of weeks of notice covers a single event, and week-of works more often than not; larger multi-truck events and recurring programs benefit from a little more runway. Ask your coordinator.
Can employees pay for their own food?
Yes. In an employee-paid program the company guarantees a minimum for each date and employees order and pay at the truck. If sales fall short of the guarantee, the company is invoiced only for the difference.
Do you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes. Truck lineups are curated to cover vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal needs, and multi-truck events are built so that no group is left with a single option.
Do we need to talk to the trucks directly?
No. Your coordinator handles vendor communication, menus, timing, parking, and day-of logistics. You give us the date, the headcount, and the site details.
