Amazon Facilities
Food trucks for Amazon facilities
Approved vendor. Coupa ready. Every shift fed.
Book vetted local trucks for peak appreciation, Prime Day, safety milestones and site celebrations, with break windows that reach the night shift, placement agreed with your site leads, and a PO that flows through Coupa.

The peak calendar
The dates Amazon sites book for
Most facility bookings land on a handful of moments in the Amazon year. These are the ones that fill first.
Employee Appreciation Day
The first all-site thank-you of the year, usually one truck per break window across the day and night shifts.
Prime Day
The busiest week of summer. A truck at the shift change is the usual thank-you, and the sites that plan it book the trucks weeks ahead.
Peak kickoff and new-hire waves
Onboarding cohorts, safety kickoffs and the first peak-readiness rallies. Smaller headcounts, often repeated across a few weeks.
Peak appreciation
The weeks between Black Friday and Christmas, when every shift is working and every site wants a truck. These dates go first, so book them early.
Post-peak thank-you
The wrap-up after peak, when the site finally has room in the yard and the team has earned it.
Safety milestones and site celebrations
A million safe hours, a site anniversary, a launch, a night-shift appreciation at 2 a.m. They book the same way as the big weeks.
Built for a fulfillment center
What an Amazon site needs that an office does not
A fulfillment center runs around the clock, with a yard full of trailers and a break that lasts thirty minutes. The service is shaped around all three.
Every shift, every break window
Service windows sized to the break schedule, day, night and weekend. One truck stages for each window, or a second truck keeps a big shift moving so thirty minutes is enough.
Yard-safe placement
Where the truck sits, how it arrives and where the line forms are settled with your safety and facilities leads before the day, clear of dock traffic and trailer lanes.
Coupa and Payee Central, handled
An approved Amazon vendor since 2020. You raise the PO in Coupa, we invoice through Payee Central against it, and a W-9 or certificate of insurance naming the site is available on request.
Headcount at scale
From a 50-person delivery station to a fulfillment center with 1,000 associates on shift. The line-up is sized to the headcount per window, not to the building.
A site code is all we need
Tell us HOU3, DFW7 or CLE2 and your coordinator knows the market, the yard and the gate. Fulfillment, sortation, delivery stations, Fresh and corporate sites all book the same way.
Menus for a diverse workforce
Halal, vegetarian, vegan and allergen-aware options are standard across the roster, and a mixed line-up lets a large shift eat quickly without one menu deciding for everyone.
On the day
Who handles what
The trucks bring their own permits, insurance, power and cleanup. The site decides where they sit and when each shift breaks.
The site provides
- A level spot clear of dock traffic and trailer lanes, agreed with safety and facilities
- The break windows for each shift you want covered, and a headcount per window
- Gate and badge instructions for the trucks' arrival
- A PO in Coupa, or a coordinator we can help raise one
The trucks bring
- Their mobile food permit and commercial liability insurance, with a certificate naming the site on request
- Their own power, water and cleanup; a flat, accessible spot is usually all they need
- Menus that serve a line fast, so a thirty-minute break is enough
Each city page names the facilities and corridors we serve in that market.

How booking an Amazon event works
Four steps, one coordinator
Submit your request
The site code, the date, the shifts to cover, the headcount per window and the budget. Your coordinator confirms coverage and comes back with options.
Choose your trucks
Browse the roster for your city and tell us which trucks you want, or ask your coordinator for trucks that have served Amazon sites before.
Raise the PO, the trucks accept
You approve the PO in Coupa and the trucks accept the date. We invoice through Payee Central against the PO, so nothing is billed outside Amazon's process.
Serve every shift
Trucks arrive with placement and paperwork settled, serve each break window you scheduled and clean up. Your associates eat well and you look good for organizing it.

FAQ
Amazon facility FAQs
What site leads, HR partners and event coordinators ask before they book
Is Food Truck Club an approved Amazon vendor?
Yes, since 2020. Food Truck Club is set up in Coupa and Payee Central, so there is no vendor setup on your side. You raise the PO, we invoice against it, and a W-9 or certificate of insurance naming the site is available on request.
How does payment work through Coupa?
You approve a purchase order in Coupa for the event. Once the trucks accept the date, we invoice through Payee Central against that PO. Nothing is billed outside Amazon's procurement process, and nothing is served before the PO and the acceptance are both in place.
How much does food truck catering cost for an Amazon site?
Paid bookings on Food Truck Club run about $18 per person before sales tax, with most events between $14 and $24. A 200-person shift lunch runs about $3,096, and most trucks set a minimum spend, usually around $750. For a large site the line-up is sized to the headcount per break window.
Can you handle a whole fulfillment center?
Yes. We have served 270+ Amazon facility events for 57,100+ associates nationwide, from delivery stations to fulfillment centers with a thousand people on shift. A multi-truck line-up per break window keeps a thirty-minute break enough.
Which Amazon facilities do you serve?
Any site in our markets: fulfillment centers, sortation centers, delivery stations, Fresh and corporate offices. Give your coordinator the site code and the city page for your market lists the facilities we already serve there.
How far ahead should we book?
A couple of weeks of notice covers most events, and week-of works more often than not. Prime Day week and the peak weeks between Black Friday and Christmas are the dates every site wants, so book those early.
Do we coordinate with the trucks directly?
No. You choose the trucks, and your coordinator handles the rest: menus, timing, placement with your safety lead, gate access and the day itself. You tell us when and where.
