"Ta Colt 45 food truck was awesome! They catered our grad party, everyone loved it! For starters, they were a tiny bit late BUT Leo called ahead to let me know. Once they got here it only took 15-20 minutes to get set up. Sonya was very helpful with explaining that they would count plates served above the 50 plates I had originally paid upon booking and she would check with me if we got to 75 plates. The food was tasty and good size portions! We had tacos (3 per plate), quesadillas, burritos all with choice of chicken or beef. They also gave pagers so guests could come back when their food was ready. Plates and utensils were supplied. I just needed napkins and a trash can! I would do this again and use Ta Colt!"
