Kaitlin Wines and Ryan Elmore
Kaitlin Wines and Ryan Elmore are the duo behind Mom-Mom’s Polish Food Cart, bringing authentic Polish comfort food to Philadelphia. Inspired by Ryan’s Polish grandmother ("Mom-Mom"), they started as a food cart in 2013, serving handmade pierogi, kielbasa, and other homestyle favorites. Their passion for traditional recipes and quality ingredients quickly gained a loyal following, leading to a brick-and-mortar location in Port Richmond. Dedicated to preserving and sharing Polish cuisine, Kaitlin and Ryan continue to serve up delicious, homemade flavors at both their cart and restaurant.
