Absolutely fantastic experience using The Toasted! They were early even though the weather was bad. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was and how friendly the staff interactions were. We will definitely use them again! Top notch! 5 star everything!

Sadly, I was traveling for work, so I missed the event, but I do know we did not make minimum which rarely happens. Unfortunately, because we did not make the minimum, I will not be able to invite them back onsite.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand it’s disappointing when an event doesn’t meet the minimum, especially when past visits have gone well. Even successful locations can have an off day, and different cuisines can draw different levels of interest. We’d encourage giving another visit a try, and our team would be happy to help you choose a menu and minimum that fit your location.

Didn’t show up or contact us or answered our calls and text.
We’re very sorry the truck didn’t arrive and that your calls and texts went unanswered. We understand how much planning goes into an event and how frustrating it is to be left without service or an explanation. I asked the Food truck club if the truck offered regular hamburgers & chicken sandwiches. That is what I requested. She said yes. The quote showed cheeseburger sliders w/a buffalo chicken sandwich. No chicken sandwich was offered. It was chicken tenders. Had a complaint that no ketchup or ranch was available
