Smart Drinks was awesome to work with! Our residents loved both the service and the smoothies they provided. They arrived on time and stayed until 7:00 p.m., just as we requested. The food quality was excellent, and employees had great things to say about the pizzas. The team was friendly, and the product itself was a hit with our attendees. The primary challenge was service speed during a large-volume event. As demand increased, wait times grew to approximately an hour, and the truck ultimately had to stop accepting orders to catch up with the backlog. For an event of this size, a service model that allows for faster throughput may be beneficial. For future large corporate events, I would recommend exploring a by-the-slice approach or other pre-prepared service options to help move guests through the line more efficiently while still maintaining the quality of the food. Overall, the food was fantastic, but adjustments to the service model would help improve the guest experience for larger crowds.

Friohana Shave Ice was a fan favorite throughout the event and proved to be the perfect addition for a hot Texas summer day. Employees loved having a cold, refreshing option, and there was a steady stream of guests visiting the truck from start to finish. The variety of flavors, quick service, and overall quality made Friohana a big hit with attendees. The shave ice provided a welcome break from the heat and complemented the other food options well. Many employees commented on how refreshing the treats were, especially given the warm weather conditions. The team was efficient, friendly, and kept the line moving, helping guests get back to enjoying the event quickly.

The team did a great job serving a high volume of guests, and the overall experience was very positive. Based on the response from employees, I would absolutely consider Houston Made Burgers for future events and would even explore the possibility of an event centered solely around burgers. The popularity of the truck and the enthusiastic feedback from attendees made it one of the most memorable parts of the day.

As the event progressed, the truck did sell out of several menu items and was limited to serving pork options toward the end. This reduced the variety available to late-arriving guests. There were also some delays in food service later in the event as demand increased. Despite these challenges, attendees generally enjoyed the food, and the truck remained popular throughout the day. The positive feedback speaks to the quality of the menu and the team's efforts to serve a large crowd.

We booked this food truck for our graduation party, and we truly appreciated having them there for such a special day. They were easy to work with, arrived as planned, and helped make the food portion of the party simple and stress-free. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our guests and the celebration without having to worry about cooking or serving. Thank you for helping make our son’s graduation party a memorable day!

Everyone had nothing but fantastic things to say— I think around 8 people at the event came up to me at separate times saying the tacos were amazing. 10/10 would recommend and would reserve for future events.

We are leaving three stars because we did not receive the items that we requested, paid for and were confirmed would be served at our event. My husband is vegetarian and we were told that there would be an impossible burger option for him to eat. We paid for 30 people (3 impossible burgers, 5 Baja fish tacos, 5 chicken tender baskets and remaining classic cheeseburgers). We hosted the party and my husband wasn't even able to eat. Very disappointed. They arrived on time and the service was great, but my husband not being able to eat at his own event after we booked them only because we were told they had a vegetarian option was very disappointing.

We loved having Houston Made Burgers & More at our event. They were hard working, easy to communicate with and the food was delicious. Thank you!
