"Josie was my representative and she was VERY easy to work with! She set me up with 6 trucks since we were serving 800 people and on a tight schedule. I could not have had a better experience! I would give 10 stars if I could."

Why Los Angeles Offices Choose Food Trucks

Catering built for how Los Angeles buildings actually work

Lot and Gate Paperwork Handled

Certificates of insurance naming the property, vendor forms, studio gate passes and loading-dock or lot windows are the normal drill for our coordinators, not a surprise for your facilities or security team.

Menus Los Angeles Crowds Ask For

Teams here want tacos, Korean barbecue, Filipino, Thai, Armenian, Oaxacan and Salvadoran cooking on the same lot. Build a lineup that fits a workforce from everywhere.

Outdoors All Year

Los Angeles weather lets a truck serve in the lot or on the plaza in every month. Late summer and early fall run hot, so the line goes in shade and service starts early; January and February rain dates want a covered spot.

No-Budget Option

With attendee-paid service the truck sells directly to your employees. Warehouses along the 710 and 605, studio lots and business parks from El Segundo to Anaheim bring trucks on site this way without a catering line item.

Booking Made Easy

One request, real menus, a coordinator on every event

1

Tell Us About the Event

Date, headcount, building, and budget. Mention your property's insurance, gate or lot requirements up front.

2

Compare Real Menus

Browse verified Los Angeles trucks with actual menus and per-person pricing, or let us shortlist for you.

3

Place the Order, the Truck Accepts

Pick a truck and place the order; the truck accepts, then you pay. Certificates of insurance, vendor forms, gate passes, placement, and arrival windows are coordinated with your property manager, security desk or facilities team.

4

Enjoy the Event

The truck arrives with paperwork approved, serves your team, cleans up, and you get one invoice for the event, or none at all with attendee-paid service.

We Know Los Angeles Business

Los Angeles spreads entertainment, aerospace, tech, healthcare, logistics and biotech across two counties and dozens of cities, and every property has its own rules. Our coordinators handle that so your facilities team doesn't have to. See the Los Angeles food truck catering guide for pricing by event type, or request quotes from the trucks that fit your crowd.

Los Angeles Office Catering FAQs

What Los Angeles office managers ask before booking

What does office food truck catering cost in Los Angeles?

Los Angeles is a new market on Food Truck Club, so the figures are platform-wide medians from paid bookings: most office events land between $14 and $24 per person before tax, and $18 is typical. A 100-person lunch works out to roughly $1,950 and a 200-person event to about $3,165, again before tax. Pricing includes setup, service, and cleanup, and each truck shows its own per-serving price on its profile.

What is the minimum order?

Trucks set a dollar minimum rather than a guest minimum, usually around $750. If your per-person total falls under it you pay the minimum instead, so smaller teams can still book. Each truck's minimum is on its profile.

Can food trucks serve a studio lot or a secured campus?

Yes. Studios and most campuses require a certificate of insurance naming the property, a gate pass or drive-on for the truck and its crew, and a scheduled arrival window at a specific gate or lot. Downtown and Century City towers want the same for a loading dock or garage. Flag your property's requirements in your request and we coordinate the paperwork with the truck before event day.

Can we run a weekly truck rotation?

Yes. Business parks in El Segundo, Torrance, Anaheim and Fullerton, studio lots and Playa Vista campuses schedule trucks weekly or monthly, managed from the same platform as a one-off event, with cuisines rotated so the lineup never repeats. Each occurrence is its own order and invoice.

Is there a way to bring a truck on site without a catering budget?

Yes. With attendee-paid service the truck sells directly to your employees at no cost to the company; the host backs a minimum guarantee it only pays if sales fall short. It's a popular setup for warehouses behind the ports, studio lots, business parks and job sites.

Can trucks serve outdoors in the heat or the rain?

Yes. Trucks serve year-round in Los Angeles. In late summer and early fall, put the line in shade, start service early and add a shave ice or drinks truck; in January and February, a covered dock, garage or awning keeps a rain date on track while guests order outside and eat inside.

Are vegetarian, vegan, halal and kosher options available?

Each truck lists its menu and dietary notes on its profile, so you can check before you book. Mediterranean, taco, Thai and Asian fusion menus tend to carry strong vegetarian and vegan options, and Los Angeles teams ask for halal, kosher and gluten-free often enough that the roster is growing to match. State requirements in your request and quotes will come from trucks that can meet them.

Do you serve north Orange County and the Valley?

Yes. Coverage runs Los Angeles County from the Westside and Downtown through the San Fernando Valley, Burbank and Glendale, the San Gabriel Valley, the South Bay, Long Beach and the Gateway Cities, and north Orange County from Fullerton and Anaheim to Brea, Buena Park, La Habra and Seal Beach. The Inland Empire is served from our Riverside market. A travel fee may apply for venues farther out.

How far in advance should I book?

A couple of weeks of notice covers most events, and week-of works more often than not. Summer Fridays, Nurses Week in May, the week before Thanksgiving and December holiday parties go first, so book those early.

Los Angeles is a new market for Food Truck Club. How are trucks vetted?

Los Angeles is one of our newest markets and the roster is being built truck by truck. Every vendor is vetted before their first booking: county health permits and insurance certificates confirmed, menus and pricing reviewed, and the operator interviewed about capacity and communication. Post-event reviews feed into the same rating system that averages 4.8 stars across 680+ reviews nationwide.
