About Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck

The smell of warm sugar and hot iron hits you first at the window. People line up for our Liege waffle and the chocolate waffle, sometimes with a scoop of ice cream on top. I run a small truck out of Cambridge, serving waffles the way we like them, short and simple. I can do on-site service for events. Reviews often mention the chewy, pearl-sugar style waffle and the extra-thick street portion that folks expect when they see our sign. I keep the menu focused so the line moves steady and nobody waits forever. We can serve around 200 waffles per hour. I handle orders at the window and at parties the same way, friendly and practical. Our truck is completely self-sufficient. No need for plugs or anything else. We’re minority-owned and we show up with what people came for, warm and straightforward, no fuss. If you need dessert for a gathering I bring the truck and we plate on-site.

Anh-Phi Tran - owner of Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck

Meet The Owner, Anh-Phi Tran

I grew up in Belgium and of course around Belgian waffles. I moved to Boston to study finance and worked in corporate for about 7 years before I realized that the city needed to experience what we I took for granted for so long and started to miss: the smell of delicious Liege waffles at every corners.

When to Book

Recommended lead time
15–30 days before your event

The further ahead you book, the more trucks you'll have to choose from. Planning ahead is the best way to secure your top pick.

That said, shorter timelines work too—we book events just days out all the time. You'll just have fewer options to choose from.

Busy seasons: Spring and Fall are our most popular times in Boston, so booking early gives you the best selection.

What does Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck serve?
Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck serves Dessert. The full menu with current prices is above.
Is there a minimum order or guest count?
Yes, Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck has a minimum order of $1,125. This minimum covers essential costs including food preparation, staffing, travel to your Boston location, and setup time. For smaller gatherings, consider the attendee-pay option where guests purchase their own meals.
What is included in the catering price?
Your quote from Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck includes food preparation, serving supplies (plates, utensils, napkins), the truck's staff, setup and breakdown, and travel within the Boston service area. The per-serving prices on this page already include Food Truck Club's service fee; sales tax is added and the complete total is shown before you confirm.
How far in advance should I book Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck?
Fifteen to thirty days gives you the best shot at your first-choice date, and shorter timelines work too. Food trucks in Boston book up fastest in spring and fall, and events with 100+ guests benefit from a little extra notice for menu planning and staffing.
What types of events does Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck cater?
Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck is new to Food Truck Club, so there are no platform bookings to show yet. Corporate lunches, employee appreciation days, community festivals, school and university events, and private celebrations around Boston are all bookable from this page.
Where does Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck serve?
Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck is based in Boston, MA and takes bookings across Suffolk, Middlesex, Norfolk, Essex, Plymouth, Bristol, Worcester, Barnstable, Hillsborough, Rockingham, Providence and Kent Counties. Travel inside that area is part of the quote; for a venue outside it, submit the request and the truck will confirm whether it can make the trip.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-conscious options?
Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck lists vegetarian options on its profile. Include a count for each in your booking request so the truck preps enough, and flag any allergies at the same time.
Do I need to provide any utilities (power or water)?
Usually not. Most food trucks arrive with their own generator, water tank, and cooking equipment, so a flat, accessible parking spot of roughly 12 by 25 feet is all they need. Some trailers and dessert carts do run on an outlet, so mention what your venue offers and Zinneken's Belgian Waffle truck will confirm any hookups before the event.
What happens in case of bad weather or cancellation?
Rescheduling is the usual answer when weather turns, and we work with you and the truck to find a date. If the event has to be cancelled, the refund follows the cancellation policy above.
