Vecinos Grill is a Colombian and Brazilian-inspired food trailer serving bold Latin American flavors with a modern street-food approach. Diego Nieto is the owner and founder of Vecinos Grill, a North Texas food trailer built from his passion for food, culture, and bringing people together. Originally from Colombia and with strong ties to Brazilian culture, Diego brings those influences together through the flavors and personality of Vecinos Grill. After a career in the corporate world, including working at Microsoft, he took the leap into entrepreneurship and built Vecinos Grill from the ground up. As an owner-operator, Diego is involved in everything from developing recipes and cooking to serving customers, catering events, and growing the brand. For him, Vecinos is about more than food—it’s about creating a welcoming place where different cultures can meet around a great meal.
