We are Feisty Fish Poke, a trailer food business with a fresh fare option for catering, events, sales, night markets, farmers markets, concerts and more! We provide fresh Hawaiian style (marinated yellowfin tuna) poke bowls! Our company is 98% eco-friendly, including our biodegradable food containers and the electric truck to pull the trailer. Our fish is sustainably sourced!! We provide the following options for poke bowls: - Yozu Ponzu Tuna Poke Bowl  - Spicy Mayo Tuna Poke Bowl  - Oyster Sauce Tuna Poke Bowl  - Teriyaki Sauce Tuna Poke Bowl  - Vegan Poke Bowl (All Marinades) - Poke Nachos - Handrolls, and More!
