What Our Clients Say
Real feedback from event organizers who booked through Food Truck Club
"Food truck was good! The individuals running the truck were hospitable, they arrived early, and all of our guests were satisfied. We got tacos, churros, and elote. My only critique is that the chicken tacos were incredibly dry. The al pastor and asada tacos were much better."

Corporate Catering
Catering For Work
Designed to cater to the diverse tastes of Boston's vibrant business community, our platform offers a memorable catering experience.
Whether you're planning a large conference, an office celebration, or a simple team lunch, we provide access to a curated selection of top-tier food trucks in Boston.

Cuisines
Popular Food Truck Cuisines in the Seaport
Waterfront offices want lobster rolls and chowder on the menu, but a Seaport lineup usually pairs seafood with tacos, wood-fired pizza, or Asian fusion for variety. Teams across the Fort Point Channel in Back Bay book from the same verified roster.
District Tips
Your Guide to Seaport Food Truck Catering
New towers, strict building management, and a packed event calendar shape how a Seaport truck lunch comes together.
Book the Loading Dock, Not Just the Truck
Most Seaport and Financial District towers route vendors through a scheduled loading-dock or curb window and require a certificate of insurance naming the property. Tell us your building when you request quotes and we coordinate placement and paperwork with the truck.
Watch the Convention and Waterfront Calendar
Large shows at the BCEC, Boston Marathon week in April, and summer waterfront events tighten curb space and truck availability. Book 3-4 weeks ahead for a standard lunch and 6-8 weeks around those dates.
Plan for New England Weather
Trucks serve year-round in Greater Boston. Late spring through early fall is ideal for outdoor events; from November through March, plan a covered loading area, parking-garage spot, or indoor-adjacent setup where guests order outside and eat inside. Winter weekdays often have the best availability.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about food truck catering in Boston
Can't find the answer you're looking for? Reach out to our customer support team.
- How do food trucks handle Seaport tower logistics?
- We coordinate with your property manager on the placement (loading dock, curb window, or plaza), the arrival time, and the certificate of insurance most Seaport buildings require. The truck arrives with paperwork already approved.
- Can a truck serve several hundred people in a downtown lunch window?
- Yes. For 200+ guests we recommend two trucks or staggered serving windows so lines stay short inside a defined 11:30am-1:30pm service. Multi-truck events are coordinated by a single Food Truck Club contact.
- Boston is a new market for Food Truck Club. How are trucks vetted?
- Boston is one of our newest markets and the roster is being built truck by truck. Every vendor is vetted before their first booking: mobile food permits and insurance certificates confirmed, menus and pricing reviewed, and the operator interviewed about capacity and communication. Post-event reviews from your guests then feed into the same rating system that averages 4.8 stars across 600+ reviews in our other metros.
- Can trucks serve events tied to the convention center?
- Yes, for private events at nearby offices and venues. Trucks operating on BCEC property itself go through the venue's own vendor process; tell us the exact location and we'll confirm what applies.
- What happens if there's a snowstorm or extreme cold?
- Trucks operate through New England winters with covered loading areas, parking-garage placements, and indoor-adjacent service. For severe weather, we work with you and the truck to reschedule. Winter weekdays often have the best truck availability of the year.
