What Our Clients Say
Real feedback from event organizers who booked through Food Truck Club
"Food truck was good! The individuals running the truck were hospitable, they arrived early, and all of our guests were satisfied. We got tacos, churros, and elote. My only critique is that the chicken tacos were incredibly dry. The al pastor and asada tacos were much better."

District Tips
Your Guide to Waltham & Route 128 Food Truck Catering
Office parks make truck logistics easy, but a few details still matter. Here's what to plan for along Route 128.
Pick the Lot Spot Ahead of Time
Most Route 128 campuses have surface parking or a loop road that works well for a truck. Confirm the spot with property management, especially in multi-tenant parks, and we coordinate arrival and setup with the truck.
Book Ahead for Summer and Quarter-End
Summer outings and quarter-end appreciation events cluster from June through September. Book 3 weeks ahead for a standard lunch and 5-6 weeks for peak dates. Brandeis and Bentley commencements in May also tighten availability.
Plan for New England Weather
Trucks serve year-round in Greater Boston. Late spring through early fall is ideal for outdoor events; from November through March, plan a covered loading area, parking-garage spot, or indoor-adjacent setup where guests order outside and eat inside. Winter weekdays often have the best availability.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about food truck catering in Boston
Can't find the answer you're looking for? Reach out to our customer support team.
- Do multi-tenant office parks on Route 128 allow food trucks?
- Most do, with property-management approval for a parking-lot or loop-road placement and an arrival window. Tell us your campus and we coordinate the details with the truck.
- How many trucks do we need for a 300-person summer outing?
- Plan on two to three trucks so lines stay short within a two-hour service. We coordinate multi-truck events through a single contact and can mix cuisines for variety.
- Boston is a new market for Food Truck Club. How are trucks vetted?
- Boston is one of our newest markets and the roster is being built truck by truck. Every vendor is vetted before their first booking: mobile food permits and insurance certificates confirmed, menus and pricing reviewed, and the operator interviewed about capacity and communication. Post-event reviews from your guests then feed into the same rating system that averages 4.8 stars across 600+ reviews in our other metros.
- Do trucks charge extra to come out to Waltham?
- Travel fees may apply depending on where the truck is based and the distance to your site. Mention your town in the request and quotes will reflect it.
- What happens if there's a snowstorm or extreme cold?
- Trucks operate through New England winters with covered loading areas, parking-garage placements, and indoor-adjacent service. For severe weather, we work with you and the truck to reschedule. Winter weekdays often have the best truck availability of the year.
