We work directly with your facilities management team to identify the best setup location—typically near break rooms, courtyards, or employee parking areas. We always ensure trucks are positioned away from patient care areas, emergency entrances, and ambulance bays, and we follow all campus noise and access guidelines.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions for diverse hospital staff?

Absolutely. Houston's healthcare workforce is incredibly diverse, and our truck network reflects that. We offer halal, kosher-style, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-conscious options. Your coordinator will help you select trucks that cover a wide range of dietary needs.

Yes, this is one of our specialties. We coordinate multi-shift events with trucks serving day shift during lunch, then returning or rotating for evening and night shift coverage. We can also bring multiple trucks simultaneously to serve large groups quickly during short break windows.

How much does food truck catering cost for a hospital event in Houston?

Paid bookings on the platform run about $17 per guest at 100 to 150 guests, before sales tax, with the per-person figure falling as the headcount grows. For a large Houston campus we size the line-up to the shifts you want covered. One invoice for the event, by card, ACH or invoice.

Do the trucks need power from our hospital, or are they self-contained?

Most of our trucks are fully self-contained with their own generators and equipment. For events requiring quieter operation near patient areas, we can coordinate access to an electrical hookup with your facilities team.
