I jumped into the restaurant industry as soon as I could, determined to learn everything. But honestly, my first lessons came from home—watching my mom and grandma cook with love, tradition, and a deep connection to our roots. Later, I got the chance to work at a Brazilian steakhouse, where I really cut my teeth. I learned the ropes, honed my skills, and grew more passionate about creating unforgettable food experiences.
