Mina & Joey Tam are the owners of Dynamite Eggrolls and we love serving great food with a smile! We specialize in making gourmet eggrolls with unique fillings from 100% real blue lump crab meat to brisket to Korean BBQ to our traditional Vietnamese eggroll. We aren't just limited to eggrolls though! We cook up a mean fried rice and stir-fry noodle. Regardless of what we're crafting, our primary focus is always taste, quality, and presentation. We'd love to work with you and make your event a memorable one and impress your guests!

We hosted a corporate event and used these guys as one of our vendors that evening. Overall service was AMAZING! Food was awesome! Very welcoming personalities in the truck's team. They were very personable and thorough. Customer service and experience is definitely a priority for them and it showed.
