TRUCK OWNER
After 15 years in corporate sales, Michael Luttinger found inspiration in an egg sandwich cart during a trip to Los Angeles. When laid off at 57, he used that memory to launch The Egg Stand in Dallas. Starting small, the food truck quickly grew through word-of-mouth, serving fresh, made-to-order egg sandwiches and proving that eggs are perfect for any meal, not just breakfast.
