The smell of popcorn draws a line faster than a movie trailer. I run a small mobile popcorn setup, popping and packing for fairs, fundraisers, and the occasional office that wants a snack revolt. People come for classic bags and are surprised when they see our exciting gourmet flavors. You never know what flavor we will come up with next. I keep things fairly simple. You’ll see tubs and bags stacked, a whiteboard with what’s available, and a steady stream of kids and adults arguing about whose pick is best. I do events around Weatherford and the DFW area, and I’ll cater a party if you want popcorn instead of cake. My service is straightforward, casual, and informal, which works well for community markets and school nights. I show up with popcorn, serve it , and clean up as best I can. If you want predictable snacks and a few smiles, I’m the popcorn truck that shows up and gets the job done.

The first time I rolled into the Parker County Peach Festival I figured I was just testing a hunch; I did not expect half the town to line up and tell me to keep coming back. That moment changed how I looked at weekends and spare hours. I run Popcorn Express out of Weatherford; it started as a family thing and grew because people kept asking for us at fundraisers and neighborhood events across the DFW area. I handle the day-to-day, the schedules, and the long nights prepping orders, and I still show up in person to all the events because I like seeing the faces who come back year after year. What drives me is simple, getting involved where folks need support and turning small gatherings into something people remember.
