That dream became reality with the launch of Taste of Louisiana, a food truck bringing the flavors of the Big Easy to life. From jambalaya and étouffée to po' boys and gumbo, every dish reflects my roots and love for New Orleans. Through my cooking, I aim to share the spirit of resilience, love, and joy that defines my city.
