About The Cheese Nerds

Our truck is unique. We do custom seasonal menus and fresh soups as well as utilizing the fryer for dill pickle chips, cheese curds and mozzarella sticks. We use local Michigan produce when possible and create unique offerings such as the Greektown where we make our own feta, and the Hawaiian where we make our own Hawaiian bread. No two weeks are ever the same menu and we would love to create a custom menu just for you.

Hello! I'm a chef from California. Our business started as fresh soups delivered to grocery stores and blossomed into this fun truck. I like to use seasonal local produce to create unique offerings no one else in Michigan makes. I have had my own catering company in Los Angeles for 20 years so creating custom events for any size group is right up my alley!
