I’m Rosa Rubio, the owner and founder of The Texan Pupusa, a Houston-based food trailer bringing authentic Salvadoran pupusas with a Texas twist to the community. Inspired by my Salvadoran roots and love for Texas, I created The Texan Pupusa to share delicious, handmade food and a unique experience with our customers.
