Roasted corn on the cob is what people line up for. I roast each ear on site and grab the sweetest corn I can find in the Delaware Valley. You get classic buttered corn, an and have a nice selection of seasonings to make it perfect your way, a big cup of lemonade, or Philadelphia water ice. I offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal options so most guests find something they can eat. I show up for festivals, block parties, and private events and keep service simple and quick. No frills, just hot corn and easy sides.
Meet The Owner, David Kaufman
I started selling roasted corn at a local market and kept showing up until people kept coming back. I run Li Ping Corn Company out of Huntingdon Valley, I handle the truck and the work that goes with it. I registered the business on the MCS-150 form dated March 18, 2026. I like the routine of mornings, loading the truck, and talking to whoever stops by. Neighbors and event organizers know me by sight. I fix most mechanical things myself and I answer my own phone, that keeps things simple. Cooking on wheels taught me to be practical and direct. My goal is to be reliable, to be the one you can count on to show up when you need food for a crowd or a neighborhood event.
