As the owner of Baja Fresh Restaurant and Food Truck, I’m passionate about bringing bold Baja-style Mexican flavors to the community. What started 17 years ago as a love for great food and bringing people together at our restaurant has grown into a food truck dedicated to fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and quality service. From loaded nachos to hearty burritos, street tacos and quesadillas, every item is prepared with care and served with pride. Seeing people enjoy our food at corporate and private events as well as festivals is what drives me every day.

That said, shorter timelines work too—we book events just days out all the time. You'll just have fewer options to choose from.
Busy seasons: Spring and Fall are our most popular times in Atlanta, so booking early gives you the best selection.
