Braise be! Braised is a food truck and catering company out of Boylston Ma serving all over central Massachusetts. On our truck you will find authentic and Tex-Mex style tacos. We also have an extended wedding and corporate menu serving elevated and modern braised dishes for more formal occasions. Here, the focus is on the method, chiefly braising meats. Braising, for the non-chef, involves first searing the meat at a high temperature and then simmering it in a savory liquid that imbues the food with rich, deep flavor while leaving it incredibly tender and juicy.
