I still remember the first time I parked on Taunton Green for the Lights On festival and watched a line of folks waiting in the cold, that was when I knew this truck had to stick around. I grew up around family meals and worked in kitchens for about 18 years before we finally pulled the truck onto Tremont Street. I handle the day-to-day chaos, the permits, the late-night runs, and the part of the job that never stops teaching me something new. Taunton is home for me, and showing up at local festivals, school events, and town gatherings is the part I care about most. I’m Maryanna Gonzalez, and if you see me at a community event, say hi, I’ll probably be running between the window and the prep table.
