Sip & Story Coffee is a mobile specialty coffee trailer in Dallas-Fort Worth bringing handcrafted drinks and meaningful connections to every event. We serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, matcha, teas, lemonades, pastries, and tasty bites carefully selected to pair with our drinks. Our trailer requires only a small footprint of approximately two parking spaces while being equipped to serve both intimate gatherings and high-volume crowds efficiently. From corporate events and community gatherings to festivals and celebrations, we provide a quality coffee experience that is convenient, memorable, and built for connection. What makes Sip & Story Coffee unique is our commitment to sharing the story behind every cup. We intentionally source beans from roasters who value sustainability, transparency, and ethical partnerships with coffee farmers. We also give back a percentage of our sales to support sustainability projects that directly benefit coffee-growing communities. I’m Philana Hemlee, founder of Sip & Story Coffee in Dallas, TX. My background is rooted in higher education and project management, where I led teams and drove complex initiatives. Yet, I felt a deeper calling to foster human connection. That’s why I created Sip & Story Coffee—a place where every cup tells a story. Through coffee, we share global cultures, fostering not only connection but also a deeper consideration for the diverse communities behind each bean. My goal is to inspire awareness, empathy, and thoughtful appreciation for the world around us—one sip (and story) at a time.
