About The Fried Kitchen

A savory potato waffle sandwich with a piece of fried chicken on top, that’s what people line up for. I run a small Bronx truck in the 10459 area serving chicken sandwiches, stacked sandwiches, and boxed lunches for events. Our menu leans on a country fried chicken club, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a few potato waffle sandwiches we sell at markets and night events. I cook to order when I can, and we pack boxed lunches for meetings and on-site service at parties. We turn out steady plates at neighborhood markets and larger night markets around the borough. The setup is straightforward and the portions are honest. Service is casual but organized, we can hand out individual boxed meals or feed a crowd on site. If you need chicken sandwiches or boxed lunches for a midday group, that’s a thing we do.

How far in advance should I book The Fried Kitchen?

The Fried Kitchen is new to Food Truck Club, so there are no platform bookings to show yet. Corporate lunches, employee appreciation days, community festivals, school and university events, and private celebrations around New York are all bookable from this page.
Where does The Fried Kitchen serve?
The Fried Kitchen is based in New York, NY and takes bookings across New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, Richmond, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Union, Morris, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, Sussex, Warren, Fairfield, New Haven, Litchfield, Monroe and Pike Counties.
