My passion for making great burgers started years ago while working different shifts in kitchens, where I had the opportunity to watch, learn, and perfect my techniques. After successfully running my taco truck, I attended a catering event and decided to try a burger from another food truck nearby. Unfortunately, it was dry, greasy, and disappointing. That experience sparked an idea: Why not start my own burger truck and serve the kind of burgers I'd actually want to eat? Two years later, that idea has grown into three burger trucks! In 2026 alone, we've catered over 120 events, bringing our burgers to customers across the community. My philosophy is simple: If I wouldn't enjoy eating it myself, I wouldn't serve it to my customers. I won't claim to make the best burger in the world, but I take pride in knowing ours are among the best. Every burger we serve reflects the passion, quality, and care that started this journey.
