After working in roles ranging from dishwashers to corporate trainers, they pursued their dream of owning their own business. Dedicated sandwich enthusiasts, they elevated the classic panini with fresh-baked bread, high-quality meats, cheeses, fresh-cut veggies, and house-made aiolis and spreads. Each signature panini is served with crispy fries and their fan-favorite Chipotle Ketchup, now available for purchase online. We only use the freshest produce and highest quality meat and cheeses to prepare you the ultimate panini experience. All Paninis come with Fries and our housemade chipotle ketchup. We support the local market by using local ingredients as much as possible.
