Shawarma wraps are what people usually line up for. We run a Jordanian shawarma truck in Anaheim and serve plates, wraps, sides, and drinks. Everything on the menu is halal. We offer vegan and vegetarian options, and we can do gluten-free versions when requested. You can order boxed lunches for meetings or events, or book us for on-site service at a single location. I keep the menu straightforward so orders move fast during busy crowds. We cater corporate lunches and private gatherings, and we show up ready to serve. I'm Mohammad Ayasrah, owner of Toum Boom. My family and I are from Irbid, in the north of Jordan where shawarma, falafel, hummus and toum were part of everyday life - at home with family and out with friends. Toum Boom is how we share that food here in Orange County. We make it the way it's made back home. Everything is halal. We love feeding a crowd, from corporate lunches to festivals and private events, and we want everyone leaving with a full stomach and a better mood.
