Owner, Butchery & Beyond

Daniel the owner, with 20 years of working in several restaurants, he decided he wanted to combine his rich experience and talent for working a grill to start a business of his own. He moved to New York City and opened a food truck called Meatoss back in 2016. Today he and his wife own three more brands.
