Meet The Owner, Miguel Nolasco

I moved to the United States from Puebla, Mexico, in 2008. After working in various restaurants across Philadelphia and New Jersey, I became a kitchen manager. In 2017, my wife and I launched Burrito Feliz as a small food cart, serving authentic Mexican cuisine to the Philadelphia community. Our green truck quickly gained popularity, and in 2019, we upgraded to a full-fledged food truck. By 2023, we expanded further with a second truck. Our birria tacos earned the "Best in Philly" award in 2021, and we continue to offer vegan options and catering services.
