I'm Jordan Fryer, owner of Tiki Jo's Hawaiian Shaved Ice in Gilbert, Arizona. In June 2022, I co-founded this venture with my wife, Shannon, aiming to bring authentic Hawaiian shaved ice to our community. We operate out of several food trucks and Hawaiian themed trailers, offering a refreshing treat that's both nostalgic and new. Our journey began with a shared love for Hawaiian culture and a desire to share that experience with others. Running this business allows us to connect with people and share a piece of the islands and the Aloha Spirit right here in Arizona.
