Owner, Baja King Fish Tacos
The first time I parked the truck outside the Rialto swap meet I thought, "Okay, this could actually work." Long hours cooking for family dinners taught me how to feed a crowd and keep my feet moving and the truck let me turn that into something that pays the bills. I grew up in the Inland Empire and I like that my work lands me back in the neighborhood most nights, catching regulars and new faces alike. I handle the day-to-day myself, the early runs for supplies, the late cleanup, the small fixes when something breaks, and the smiles that make it worth it. My name is Alan Viramontes and I run Baja King Fish Tacos with the same straightforward ethic I learned at home, showing up and doing the work.
