Since 2010, Vero Wood Fired Pizza has been wowing the folks of south Texas with their incredibly tasty offerings. Using an authentic wood fired oven imported straight from Italy, along with fresh, quality ingredients, this talented team has mastered the art of blazing up delicious pizzas hot and fast, right before your eyes. We operate daily in San Antonio but are happy to travel throughout south Texas in order to cater events of every kind and size. These delightfully flavorful, charred, chewy and cheesy pizzas are a perfect choice for any occasion; weddings, birthdays, corporate outings, you name it!

I took delivery of my wood fired oven from Italy in the summer of 2010. That was the start of an amazing journey taking the oven around San Antonio and beyond, showing up at festivals, weddings, and corporate events with a hot wood fired oven and a small crew that feels like family. I like the scramble of an event, the way a crowd reacts when good food is served, and the long conversations with customers who tell me they remember the pizza from a past party. I handle bookings, the logistics, and the events and I’m proud that a mobile setup lets me meet people where they’re celebrating.
