What Our Clients Say
Real feedback from event organizers who booked through Food Truck Club
"Awesome!"
June 2026
"Food was great they were very prompt and so nice to deal with."
June 2026
"Those Hot Dogs were the best I've ever had; the guys were really nice as well."
June 2026
"The food quality was excellent, and employees had great things to say about the pizzas. The team was friendly, and the product itself was a hit with our attendees. The primary challenge was service speed during a large-volume event. As demand increased, wait times grew to approximately an hour, and the truck ultimately had to stop accepting orders to catch up with the backlog. For an event of this size, a service model that allows for faster throughput may be beneficial. For future large corporate events, I would recommend exploring a by-the-slice approach or other pre-prepared service options to help move guests through the line more efficiently while still maintaining the quality of the food. Overall, the food was fantastic, but adjustments to the service model would help improve the guest experience for larger crowds."

"The team did a great job serving a high volume of guests, and the overall experience was very positive. Based on the response from employees, I would absolutely consider Houston Made Burgers for future events and would even explore the possibility of an event centered solely around burgers. The popularity of the truck and the enthusiastic feedback from attendees made it one of the most memorable parts of the day."

"As the event progressed, the truck did sell out of several menu items and was limited to serving pork options toward the end. This reduced the variety available to late-arriving guests. There were also some delays in food service later in the event as demand increased. Despite these challenges, attendees generally enjoyed the food, and the truck remained popular throughout the day. The positive feedback speaks to the quality of the menu and the team's efforts to serve a large crowd."

"Friohana Shave Ice was a fan favorite throughout the event and proved to be the perfect addition for a hot Texas summer day. Employees loved having a cold, refreshing option, and there was a steady stream of guests visiting the truck from start to finish. The variety of flavors, quick service, and overall quality made Friohana a big hit with attendees. The shave ice provided a welcome break from the heat and complemented the other food options well. Many employees commented on how refreshing the treats were, especially given the warm weather conditions. The team was efficient, friendly, and kept the line moving, helping guests get back to enjoying the event quickly."

District Tips
Your Guide to Westchase Food Truck Catering
Westchase's suburban office environment offers plenty of space for food truck events. Here's what to keep in mind.
Flexible Scheduling
Westchase offices tend to have less lunch-hour competition than downtown. This means more flexibility in truck selection and scheduling. Still, book 2 weeks ahead for the best options, especially for popular BBQ trucks.
Ample Parking Space
Most Westchase office parks have generous parking lots and open areas ideal for food truck events. The district's suburban layout means setup is typically straightforward with minimal access issues.
Outdoor Event Friendly
Many Westchase complexes have landscaped courtyards, green spaces, and covered parking areas perfect for outdoor food truck events. Companies along the Energy Corridor enjoy the same suburban campus setup.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about food truck catering in Houston
Can't find the answer you're looking for? Reach out to our customer support team.
- Where do food trucks set up in Westchase?
- Westchase office parks typically have dedicated parking lots and open areas perfect for food trucks. Most setups happen in front parking lots or courtyard areas near building entrances. We coordinate placement with your property management.
- Is Westchase easy for food trucks to access?
- Yes! Westchase's suburban layout with wide roads and ample parking makes it one of the easiest Houston districts for food truck events. Trucks can access most office parks directly from Westheimer, Richmond, or Westpark Tollway.
- Can food trucks serve multiple buildings in a Westchase office park at once?
- Yes! Multi-building setups are common in Westchase. We position the truck in a central parking area accessible to all buildings in the complex. For larger campuses with 3+ buildings, we can arrange multiple trucks at different locations to minimize walking distance for employees.
- How do food trucks work for multi-tenant office parks along Westheimer where buildings share parking?
- Shared parking lots are one of the most common setups in Westchase, and they actually work in your favor. We position the truck at a central point accessible to all tenants in the complex. If your landlord is open to it, we can help coordinate a joint event where multiple companies split the minimum — great for smaller tenants who want the food truck experience without covering the full cost alone.
- Why are food trucks especially popular in Westchase compared to other districts?
- Westchase's suburban layout means many offices are far from walkable restaurants, making food trucks a convenient on-site solution. Employees love not having to drive to find a good lunch, and employers appreciate the team-building effect of everyone eating together on campus.
