About Sizzlebox Food Truck

Sizzlebox Food Truck is the brainchild of Juan Serrano. Started with the idea that we don’t have a “type” of food. We’ve curated our menu off of creating dishes that people recognize but with the Sizzlebox spin. As one of Northwest Indiana and Chicagolands longest running food trucks we pride ourselves on amazing customer service, customized event planning and making every service memorable.

Juan Serrano is no stranger to working in kitchens with over 25 years in the food service industry. He started his food truck at the very infancy of the industry in the northwest Indiana market. Juan is a father of 3 along with his wife of over 19 years. He loves spending his off time with his family.

Simply provide a flat, accessible parking spot (approximately 12x30 feet) and we handle everything else. This makes food truck catering ideal for outdoor venues, parking lots, parks, and locations without kitchen facilities.
What happens in case of bad weather or cancellation?
We always try our best to work with you (and the truck) the best we can. Rescheduling is the best option when weather hits but our cancellation policy is outlined above.
