Paciugo Gelato was founded in 2000 by Ugo and Cristiana Ginatta, who brought their passion for authentic Italian gelato to the United States. In 2018, the company was acquired by Sinelli Concepts International, led by Jeff Sinelli, founder of Which Wich sandwich chain.
