Personal favorites included the steak street tacos, queso, and quesadillas — all delicious. Beyond the food, they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We’ll definitely be inviting them back next year!"

As demand increased, wait times grew to approximately an hour, and the truck ultimately had to stop accepting orders to catch up with the backlog. For an event of this size, a service model that allows for faster throughput may be beneficial. For future large corporate events, I would recommend exploring a by-the-slice approach or other pre-prepared service options to help move guests through the line more efficiently while still maintaining the quality of the food. Overall, the food was fantastic, but adjustments to the service model would help improve the guest experience for larger crowds."
