For an event of this size, a service model that allows for faster throughput may be beneficial. For future large corporate events, I would recommend exploring a by-the-slice approach or other pre-prepared service options to help move guests through the line more efficiently while still maintaining the quality of the food. Overall, the food was fantastic, but adjustments to the service model would help improve the guest experience for larger crowds."
