5411 Empanadas began its journey in 2009 on the streets of Chicago, introducing the city to gourmet Argentinian-style empanadas through their distinctive blue food truck. The truck quickly gained popularity, offering a variety of baked empanadas with fillings such as beef, BBQ chicken, and spinach and cheese.
